Kids, Youth and
special needs
We believe good habits should be established at a young age. With childhood obesity on the rise, we know the value in offering 1:1 sessions and group training to children and youth as well as kids with special needs. We know we can make a foundational impact and make a lasting difference in their lives.

Group training
Small group training is where strength meets Endurance Training and Core. This workout will challenge you, you will be cheered on and motivated by peers alike. Can be used as a supplemental workout to your 1:1 or as a fun and competitive calorie torcher in the group dynamic.

PREGNANCY training
Pre-pregnancy, each trimester and post-partum training is here to safely take you through the most wonderful experience of pregnancy. Yes, you can safely strength train while pregnant, meanwhile boosting your mood, lowering blood pressure, easing pains and aches and deliver a healthy baby.

Virtual training
Live across the country or don't have time to always drive to the gym? Prefer the comfort of your home/gym and still want to reap the same benefits as 1:1 training? We will connect via facetime, zoom, whatsapp or skype for your conveniece and comfort.
